Oak House

The Oak House is a 5-bedroom residential waterfront property located on the uppermost reach of Fall River just above Quigley Lodge in the beautiful Fall River Valley.

Accommodations

Oak House has five roomy bedrooms each with their own private bath. A powder room is available off the great room and the house includes a fully-equipped kitchen. The great room has a large dining table, fireplace, and television (bring your own streaming).

A hot tub is on the back deck and overlooks the river.

A tennis court is adjacent to the house and rackets, balls, and a ball machine are available for use. The court is playable but not in top notch condition.

There are also two bunk beds for kids in the loft area.

Internet service is available via StarLink.

Boat Ramp

The property comes with a boat ramp, which you may use either to launch your own boats or the boats of hired guides. You are free to hire your favorite fishing guides directly, though we can also provide recommendations. All guides must sign a license and waiver with Graybarn, LLC prior to entering the property.

Rates

Rates for 2025 are $1,000 per night plus a $250 cleaning fee.

A 10% tax for Shasta County transient occupancy tax will be added to all fees.
